Festival of the Trees

We go to the festival of the trees every year with Suzie and her kids. This year, my brother came too! It was so fun to be with them and enjoy their company!Parker bought himself an over sized big hunk of fudge from the fudge shop! He loved it and was extremely hesitant to share with anyone! He did give two small tastes to Barrett.

Barrett spent some of his tickets at the kid place on an origami dragon. He was so enraptured in watching the origami lady! I honestly have only ever seen him as focused at a soccer game or playing video games! It was fun to see him so intent and excited! We came home and did some origami of our own. Thank heavens that Parker has some books that we could refer to easily!

Elizabeth was in hot pursuit of Addy and wanted to hold her ALL the time!

Hal had to carry "the littles" every once in a while. He is so patient with them! He loves being a dad and he is so good at it!

We had a lovely night and when we were done at the Festival of Trees, we went to Arctic Circle for dinner. After that, we went to one of the houses that we know about that has a boatload of lights. It is amazing! They have a radio station of their own and the lights are set to the music. It is amazing and we were happy that we got to share it with my brother and his family!
