It's called Rose Cottage and kits (including the book) are available at Elaine's Quilt Block.It was SO fun to make! I wish that there was more fabric in this line, so I could have done each X to be unique. I love this pattern. It is from the book "Schnibbles times two". It is Layer cake friendly and the cutting instructions are awesome! I love this book! SO MUCH!
